AIR SS Catering

Applicant will be responsible for and will oversee all in-flight catering from menu concept, supplier selection, and quality control ensuring strict food safety ( HACCP allergens ) and regulatory compliance, managing budgets, leading teams and liaising with crew and caterers for seamless, high-quality food and beverage delivery that meets passenger expectations.  

Applicant position involves cooking, plating, and packing meals to strict quality, hygiene (HACCP), and portion standards for flights, requiring tasks like ingredient prep, equipment cleaning, stock rotation, and collaborating with a team to meet tight schedules whilst ensuring passenger safety and minimizing waste

Applicant position keeps the companies kitchen clean,  hygienic, and stocked, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, organising storage managing waste and assisting chefs with basic food prep to ensure smooth running of the operation, adhering strictly to food safety  standardising a fast paced environment
